Financial Wellbeing Webinar
Money, Meaning & You
A 45-minute guided reset for how people think, feel and act around money.
Most financial conversations start with numbers. This one starts with the person. We'll cover the practical foundations: debt, pensions, mortgages, protection, but only after we've looked at the beliefs, habits and emotions that shape every financial decision made.
The webinar is run by Helen Llewellyn who has over 20 years experience in the finance industry. Working first in insurance - personal, commercial and protection before stepping into pensions. It was never about the numbers, it was always about the people. This is the reason for moving into wellbeing and coaching people and businesses.

What To Expect
Not a spreadsheet. Not a sales pitch.
This session is designed to shift the perception of money and how people relate to it. Money is an inside job. It feels differerent depending on how you see things, your life stage and your ideas and beliefs. This webinar combines an understanding of finance and money with a deeper dive into what makes you who you are and the relationship between the two.
01
Understand your money story
Before we talk products or plans, we look at what's underneath. The emotions, comparisons and fears that shape how most people make financial decisions — and how to notice when they're running the show.
Inner landscape
03
The practical foundations
Credit, debt, compound interest, mortgages, pensions, protection, emergency funds. Covered clearly, without jargon, and calibrated to your situation — not someone else's benchmark.
Financial literacy
02
Ground in your actual values
A short exercise that maps what matters to you against where your money goes. Most people are surprised. It's the clearest way to close the gap between how you want to live and how you're actually spending.
Clarity exercise
04
Leave with practices, not just information
Gratitude and journalling as genuine financial tools. A free joy audit to take away. Reflection prompts that keep working after the session ends. This is the bit people usually remember.
Lasting change
Session agenda
Forty-five minutes. Four stages.
Structure designed for depth, not box-ticking. Each part builds on the last, we move from the inner out to the practical, then back inward. This prepares the mind and body to think and feel differently and then embed that change into your day to day living

The elemental tribe approach
This isn't just
a webinar.
Elemental Tribe works with the idea that we are more than our roles and more than our results. The financial wellbeing session is one entry point into a deeper body of work.
For those who want to go further, we also offer circles and retreats to take this work somewhere numbers never touch.
Business may be about numbers but it is when the people and purpose are brought more sharply into focus that true success happens. Every business has its key member(s) of staff without whom the business would suffer. Ensure that everyone is well and firing on all cylinders via the energy management circles
Business pressures getting a bit much and logic coming up against resistance or pride? A team retreat could be the answer.
One person needing some time to reconsider who they are, what they want and how the give of themselves - the individual retreat is the place to go.
